Important: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
GoGrowth offers subscription-based services with different billing cycles. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Billing Cycles
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
We may offer a free trial period for our services. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be charged for the applicable subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or for periods where the service was not used. All cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Our services allow you to upload, store, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through our services. You agree not to upload content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
The GoGrowth platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by GoGrowth and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGrowth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
